100% Riesling from the Barrow Vineyard. Harvest times can vary considerably from the bottom to the top of the slope at Barrow, with the picking time for this bottling ranging from October 19th to November 11th. The grapes receive a two to three day “skin soak” before pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with a year maturation period before bottling.
