A spirit that defies categorization from Waco’s own Balcones Distillery. Made from local wildflower honey, mission figs, and turbinado sugar, this unique spirit has elements of rum, cognac, or even tequila. Great for cocktails (substitute this in an old-fashioned!) it has pleasant notes of honey, cinnamon, tea tree oil, and citrus fruit with a spicy finish.
