This is a one-time, limited, and non-chill filtered release bottled at a cask strength of 99 proof. Old Soul Straight Bourbon Whiskey 13 Year’s mash bill consists of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley. Although this Old Soul was not made by Cathead Distillery, the profile of this Kentucky-sourced whiskey was too unique to pass up.

TASTING NOTES

Polished Copper in color. The nose is full of dried fruits, fresh leather, and butterscotch. A smooth entry of roasted nuts and herbal notes leads into a deep rye spiced mid-palate. Finishing with hints of apricot and lingering notes of caramel.
