BARRELL CRAFT SPIRITS WHISKEY PRIVATE RELEASE

The Barrell Private Release Series is a project in detailed blending on a scale small enough to allow extreme precision. This is the first time in the company’s history that they have offered “micro” blends to the public. Each release from the Private Release Whiskey series is a unique blend of Kentucky Whiskey, the oldest being 18 years old. Once created, these blends are married in single casks, many of which were previously used for other spirits and/or wines. Each Private Release Whiskey series has slightly different base whiskeys and was entered into finishing casks at different times.

• BH11 is a blend of KY Whiskeys, the largest component being 18-year-old KY whiskey, finished in a Wiemer Noble Select Riesling Ice Wine Barrel.
• BH36 is a blend of KY Whiskeys, the largest component being 18-year-old KY whiskey, finished in a Wiemer Josef Riesling Ice Wine Barrel
• CH01 is a blend of Kentucky Whiskeys, the largest component being 18-year-old KY whiskey, finished in a Jamaican Rum Cask
• DHA5 is a blend of KY Whiskeys, the largest component being 18 years old, finished in a St. Agrestis Brooklyn Amaro Cask.
